REGISTRATION Where can I get a form from? To register your child online via the internet Click here or forms can be obtained from your school. PAYMENT Can I pay over the phone? We do take payments over the telephone. Please ring our freephone number and pay through our automated payment system. It is also possible to pay by sending cheques or postal orders by post, on the internet via our website at coolmilk.com, or with a major credit card. How will I know how much to pay? Once the registration has been complete you will be sent an invoice by post. I've paid using the website but haven't received any emails confirming my payment. How do I know it was sucessful? It takes a whole working day before online payments are processed. If you haven't received an email confirming your payment by that time, then something might have gone wrong. Ring our freephone no. (0800 321 3248) to check to see if the payment has been processed or not. I have made payment and checked the invoice status on line but still shows unpaid. Payment on invoices will show aproximately 24-48 hours MILK SUPPLY I have recently registered my child but they have not yet received any milk? If you have only recently registered your child it may be that the milk is not due to start or payment has not yet been received. At 'Cool Milk at School', a child must be registered and payment received before any milk can be distributed. Also you may want to double check all the details, such as you're child's school, address and name are entered correctly on all forms. If you are unsure payment has been received you can ring us on our freephone no. - 0800 321 3248 CANCELLATIONS How do I cancel my child's milk? If you no longer require your child to have school milk, you can ring our freephone no. (0800 321 3248), to arrange for a cancellation. We are always looking to improve our service and would be happy to hear any comments about the scheme. OTHER QUESTIONS My child's school doesn't seem to be appearing on the website. If you can not find your child's school on the website it may be because they are new on the scheme and our system has not yet been updated. If this is not the case please ring us on our freephone no. (0800 321 3248) I already know that the school milk scheme doesn't run in my area - how do I create interest and start up? A letter can be downloaded from our website Click Here, which can be sent to your local authority. If the County Council is interested and agrees they will then approach schools and ask for their interest. What happens to overpayments if I have paid too much due to a late payment? Your account will be automatically credited the overpayment amount and will be deducted from your next invoice. Holidays - My child will be off school mid-term, how do I notify Cool Milk of this? Contact us either by letter, email or phone and advise us of your child's name, account number and school they attend together with your inclusive holiday dates 7 day's in advance. Milk will be cancelled for this period and if payment has already been made a credit will appear on your next invoice. My child appears in the wrong class what should I do? Notify our office of this together with your account number and child's name and what class your child needs to be shown in. Our records will be amended and the change will appear on the school's next printed sheets. We have changed address but my child still attends the same school, how do I advise you? Notify our office of this together with your account number and child's name, you can do this by post or email. My child is changing school, I understand I cannot use the same account number, how do I arrange for milk at the new school? Firstly the new school has to be participating in the Cool Milk at School milk scheme. You can then register your child at the new school either by collecting a registration form from the school and sending this completed to us or by registering on line. Your new account will be set up and we would be grateful if you could notify us that the previous account needs to be cancelled. How can I change my email address which is registered with you? Just let us know your new email address with your child's account details, school and name and we will update your email address. You can do this by email or letter. |
