Q We haven’t received our milk today when it is our normal delivery day, what should we do?
A If you haven’t received your milk you can call us on our free phone number 0800 321 3248. Most deliveries should be made by 10.00am
Q A parent has advised us they have registered/ sent payment but they are not showing on the list?
It may be that the registration or payment has not reached us in time to be included on this list. Please ask parents to ring us on our Freephone number and we will be happy to look into this for them.
Q How do we notify you if we need change training dates or contact information?

Q We have run out of registration forms, how can I get some more?
A If you require more forms please call on 0800 321 3248 and advise one our members of staff and they will post them out to you.
Q How long do we store the weekly sheets and delivery notes?
A The weekly sheets must be stored for 3 years in case of an audit.
Q How do I allocate children who are showing in the wrong class?
A You can allocate these children by viewing our class changes website www.cdtc.co.uk/classchanges if you need your password please call on 0800 321 3248.
Q What do we do if we have a problem with the fridge from Cool Milk?
