Cool Milk Raise Money for Sport Relief!
We had an action packed fundraising week for Sport Relief!
Our exciting challenges and events started on 19th March. For our first challenge, we had a team goal of cycling 200 miles on a static bike. In two days we reached the target, safely securing £200 for the charity!
Next we had a steps challenge. Employees used their smartphones or fitness trackers to make a note of how many steps they were taking each day. By the end of the week, the person with the highest amount of steps was declared the winner!
There was a Cool Milk fitness session which was run by a local, personal trainer, Esme Hall. Emma kindly volunteered her time to support the cause. This boot camp put us through our paces and helped raise more money towards our Sport Relief total.
Finally, as a replacement to our usual bake sale we opted for a smoothie sale instead. Employees got to pick their choice of fruit, ice cream, yoghurt or milk to create the perfect smoothie.
Sport Relief is when the great British public get active, have fun and raise cash to change lives in the UK and around the world.
Through our healthy efforts, we’ve raised £295 in total!
